Yin yoga is a slow meditation approach to stretch your body for the longer period. This approach is derived from traditional yoga method with longer period holding up to 5 mins or more. It helps the body and mind to prepare for meditation. It has 20 different yoga poses with various variations to practice. These poses may look easier at the beginning, but they are difficult when you want to hold it for long period.
